So, Jesus and I decided to join forces and trend-cast.
Basically, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Cape Town is starting tomorrow - WHOOP WHOOP. I am super stoked about the whole event, but I think I am only attending one show [due to school] - bummer I know. But as a "replacement" of that, I will post my 'look of the day'.
Moving on...
Trend-casting!
Winter is such a great season to experiment with fashion. There are many options and ways to get dressed without feeling 'overdressed'.
I know for a fact that I will spot some of these trends [below] during Fashion Week. So, enjoy the show and let me know what you think - I could be wrong!

#1
Chiffon blouses.
I love chiffon blouses. I bought a black one yesterday at Pick 'n Pay clothing for like R160.00 [expensive much?!] but it's worth it - you can do anything with this blouse. So, I am a victim.
#2
Long sheer skirts.
Once again, I can say I am a bloody victim [grrr]. I love sheer skirts, they are classics. I have one - black. I had it made cause I couldn't find one anywhere and even if I did, the price would look like this --> R1,000,00,000,000,00
#3
Armor rings.
Let's just say I am a victim to all of these beautiful trends, but not as faithful to this one as the others. The thing is, I don't have an armor ring BUT compromising is a way of life [tehehe].
I just stack all my gold rings on finger - it actually looks as good as an armor ring.

Velvet.
All things velvet. So delicious. Unfortunately, I'm not a victim here [weeps].
#5
Leather.
Leather has been around - nothing new to it? This classic material has been played with in many ways I couldn't imagine [or maybe I could] but overall, I love leather and I love what designers are doing with it.
#6
Wedge booties.
This is such a convenient shoe. Honestly now - they're comfy and freaking awesome. Yes, I am a victim - halala! They're so pretty, I love them, I would like another pair [wishful thinking]
#7
Faux fur.
We all love faux fur right? RIGHT?? RIGHT!!
For those of you who don't know what faux fur is; it is fake fur made of synthetic fibers designed to resemble fur.
Now Peta won't be after our asses anymore...
#8
Wide brim fedora.
These are too cool for words- I am a victim. They are available at Woolworths.
#9
You tell me.
